We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, permitting issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Warranty & Workmanship

• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Gooddeal Construction Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Either party may terminate services for cause. Payment is required for all completed work and materials ordered up to the termination date.
